We are looking for a Consultant in the area of processes to advise our customers on the digitalization of their processes as soon as possible.

Your core tasks include introducing new customers through training and supporting their projects through topic-specific workshops and consultations with a focus on process modeling and process automation.

You will work closely with our sales team and demonstrate a proactive commitment to working with support and engineering on product and support related issues.

Through open discussion rounds and intensive exchange with product management, you have the opportunity to actively shape the product roadmap and promote customer references.

What you should bring with you

Completed studies or training in the field of process management, economics, business informatics or a comparable field of study
Initial experience in process modeling and BPMN 2.0
Experience as a consultant in the enterprise software sector is an advantage
High level of self-motivation to immerse yourself in scenarios
Ability to think abstractly and analytically in order to summarize complex topics in easily understandable terms
Willingness to build expertise in our product and related technologies
Knowledge of JavaScript is an advantage, but not essential
You speak and write fluent German
Knowledge of English is an advantage
