In the heart of Göppingen, we are not only continuously developing our core product - the QM software roXtra - but our team is also growing steadily. We are looking for IT support as soon as possible.
As a contact person for our customers from all German-speaking countries, you will help to process and solve complex and technical inquiries. You will communicate with our developers to analyze, fix and improve systems and applications. In the event of serious technical problems, you will use log files and database queries to carry out root cause analyses and provide long-term solutions. You will support the creation and maintenance of technical documentation. You will also advise customers and users on technical issues.

What you should bring with you
- A degree with a focus on computer science or training in the IT sector (e.g. IT, IT systems electronics) or a comparable qualification
- Knowledge in the administration of Windows operating systems (Windows Server, Windows 10/11), possibly even including Active Directory and Entra ID
- Good knowledge of network technologies and protocols (e.g. TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, HTTPS)
- Preferably experience in 2nd and 3rd support with a deep understanding of technical problems
- Basic knowledge of modern authentication methods (OAUTH 2.0 / OpenID Connect)
- Confident handling of T-SQL and REST APIs

- Structured way of working, problem-solving orientation and the ability to explain technical issues clearly and implement solutions quickly
- You are fluent in German; knowledge of English is an advantage
