How long does the event last?
This is a one-day event from 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Details can be found in the agenda. Please note that changes may occur on short notice.
Is there a limit on the number of participants?
Yes, space is limited. We recommend registering early.
Is there a fee to attend the user meeting?
Participation in the roXtra user meeting is free of charge. Participants are responsible only for their own travel expenses and, if applicable, lodging costs.
We're on a first-name basis
At the roXtra user meetup, we’d like to create an open and personal atmosphere—that’s why we’ll be using the informal “du” form of address. Of course, we respect it if you don’t feel comfortable with that and would prefer to stick with the formal “Sie” form.
Photos, video recordings, short interviews
Photos and videos will be taken during the event. By participating in the user conference, attendees agree that these recordings may be used for documentation and marketing purposes.
We would also appreciate it if you’d be willing to participate in brief customer testimonial interviews.
