Declaration on accessibility

This accessibility statement applies to the Roxtra GmbH website published at roxtra.com.

General description of the service

The Roxtra GmbH website enables users to find out about products and services, make contact and place orders or bookings directly online.

Applicable legal requirements

Digital services are subject to the requirements of Section 14 of the Barrier-Free Accessibility Reinforcement Act (BFSG) in conjunction with Section 3 (1) BFSG and the Ordinance to the BFSG (BFSGV).

Implementation of accessibility requirements

The assessment is based on a self-assessment using the AccessGO accessibility tool.

As a result of this review, the website is partially accessible with the aforementioned requirements.

In detail, the following points are not fully compatible with the accessibility regulations that apply to us:

  • Barrier: Some links are empty or contain no text, making their destination or function unrecognizable.
  • Barrier: Redundant neighboring links with identical destination.
  • Barrier: Justification for a longer text section.
  • Barrier: A link refers to a location within the same page, but the corresponding target element is missing.
  • Barrier: Redundant title text for an element.
  • Barrier: A link leads to a PDF file (.pdf) without indicating the file type or file size.

We would also like to point out the following:

  • The integrated appointment booking plugin (Calendly) cannot be provided completely barrier-free for technical reasons. However, an appointment can also be requested via the form; it is not necessary to use Calendly.

Planned handling of the aforementioned barriers:

We are currently planning to implement the removal of these barriers.

Note on PDF files:

Some PDF documents provided on the website (e.g. operating instructions, declarations of conformity, energy labels, certificates) are currently not fully accessible.

Some of these files have structural and technical limitations - including missing heading structures, undefined reading sequences, missing alternative texts for graphic content or untagged tables. As a result, they can only be used to a limited extent with assistive technologies.

For organizational and economic reasons, it is currently not possible for us to make all existing PDF documents completely accessible. However, we will endeavor to publish new documents in accessible form in the future wherever possible.

If you require a specific document in an accessible form, please contact us. We will be happy to provide you with an individually accessible version, as far as this is possible for us.

Supplement to the accessibility statement

The AccessGO accessibility plugin (www.accessgo.de) from DGfB Deutsche Gesellschaft für Barrierefreiheit mbH is offered on our website.

This allows users to adapt our website to individual restrictions or preferences.

The settings can be called up via the AccessGO symbol or alternatively via the key combination "ALT + 1". All functions can also be controlled using the keyboard

Among other things, this makes it possible to adjust the following aspects:

  • Font size
  • Contrast
  • Highlighting links
  • Activating a screen reader
  • Use the profiles to activate several settings at the same time.
