Resting on laurels is not our thing, so we want to further develop our core product - the QM software roXtra - as well as continuously strengthen our team. You can help us with this: Become part of our team as a central contact person for our existing customers.

As an account manager (m/f/d), you will advise our customers with a focus on software and organizational consulting throughout the German-speaking region. You will independently create and pursue cross-selling concepts and conduct consulting interviews. You will build up your own reference customers and develop actions for customer retention.

In addition, you will work closely with our sales team to find solutions for special developments, implementation options or upgrade offers. You also support your colleagues with the administration of the customer base in the databases.

In order to be up to your tasks, you will receive extensive training with mentoring as well as the constant support of our competent and motivated team.

  • Reliable and team-oriented way of working
  • You love to accompany and network with customers while working with our software
  • You love the mix of technology, people and the challenges at all levels
  • You have initiative, like to think outside the box, set impulses and bring in new ideas in After Sales
  • Very good knowledge of written and spoken German, knowledge of English is an advantage
  • You feel comfortable in the IT area, have good Windows and Office skills and experience with CRM systems
  • You have completed training or studies in the commercial or technical field
  • Professional experience in sales is an advantage
